The student file is a digital service that allows you to view and manage school information simply. The student can track their journey, from basic education through higher education, and access grades, certificates and attendance.
Who can access the student file
The student file can be accessed by:
- Students enrolled in public or private educational institutions
- Guardians, who can view the file if the student is linked to their account;
- Former students who wish to access their history or request supporting documents
What you need for the student file
To use this service on GOV.CV, you need to create an account with Autentika and use one of the two secure login methods:
- National Identification Card (CNI)
- Digital Mobile Key (CMD)
This method ensures the protection of the student's data, which can be viewed by the interested parties, parents and associated legal guardians.
Cost of the student file
The student file is free.

How to access the student file online
You can access the student file through the portal or the GOV.CV app. Click "View online" to start. If there are students linked to your profile, you will be able to view the following information:
Student details
General information and the student's enrollment record
School information
Subjects and teachers
School life
Grades, assessments, absences and test schedule
Documents and fees
Student documents and school fee, if applicable
School communication
Messages with the school and teachers
Track your requests
Check the student file in the "My requests" area, available on the portal or in the GOV.CV app.
