Application for Higher Education

The Application to Higher Education is the process that allows citizens to apply for a place in bachelor's degrees, integrated master's courses or a scholarship offered by the State of Cape Verde, both in national and foreign institutions.

To start your application, fill in the required data correctly and submit the online form within the defined deadline. Applications are only available during the opening periods of officially published calls.

Who can apply?

• All citizens up to the age of 25 who meet the requirements defined in the competition regulations and wish to apply for a place in higher education and/or a scholarship.

When can I apply?

• The application can be made only in the periods established for the opening of the competitions.
