This page contains a list of countries whose citizens must obtain a visa before entering Cabo Verde, in accordance with the legislation in force and the applicable bilateral and multilateral agreements.

Citizens of these countries must apply for a visa before travelling at the nearest Cabo Verdean embassy or consular post. After obtaining the visa, it is also necessary to pre-register the trip on the EASE portal and, where applicable, pay the Airport Security Tax (TSA) up to five days before arrival in Cabo Verde.
