Emigrant Investor Certificate
The Emigrant Investor Certificate is intended for Cape Verdean citizens residing abroad with investments made in Cape Verde. The request for the Emigrant Investor Certificate can be made on the Gov.cv portal.
- Required Documents:
- National Identification Card or Electronic Passport;
- Document proving the status of emigrant and permanent residence abroad, issued by the competent authorities of the country of residence;
- Tax Identification Number (NIF);
- Document proving the quality of investor, through the modality of shareholding in companies
- Make payment:
Make the payment through the available digital options: MBWay, Multibanco, Visa, Vinti4, Paypal, MasterCard or American Express.
