Declaration of address

A Declaration of Address is an official document that confirms a citizen's residence address. It can be requested by any citizen who needs to prove their current place of residence.

How to request?

The declaration can be requested online or in person, by filling in the personal data and indicating the valid address.

1. Indicate the recipient
   • to itself;
   • to someone else.
2. Indicate address

   Location and island of his last residence in Cape Verde.

3. Make payment:

   Make the payment through the available digital options: MBWay, Multibanco, Visa, Vinti4, Paypal, MasterCard or American Express.
