Required Documents.

To obtain the Certificate of Criminal Record, it is necessary to present a document.
If you are a national citizen, you can use:

• Identity Card;
• National Identification Card;
• Passport.

If you are a foreign national, you need:

• Passport
• Residence Card

 Who can order

• himself;
• ascendants (parents or grandparents);
• spouse, guardian or legal curator;
• any person with written permission from the holder;
• lawyers or solicitors with proof of legal representation.

Validity of the Document

The certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Issuance time

The document is issued within 2 business days.
