Types of Consent Instruments
1. Acceptance of Parental Authority: This instrument formalizes the acceptance of parental powers by a third person, authorizing him or her to make important decisions regarding the child's well-being and education.
2. Delegation of Parental Authority: Used to temporarily delegate parental rights and duties to another person, this document ensures that the designated person can act for the benefit of the child in the absence of the parents.
3. Parenting of Adults and Minors: This instrument is used to officially recognize the paternity of a child or an adult, establishing legal rights and responsibilities between father and child.
4. Ratification: Necessary to confirm and validate acts or decisions previously made, which require the agreement of parents or legal guardians. This document ensures the legality and approval of actions or decisions.
